Should the meeting minutes be published in this blog?
The committee has received feedback that a lot of times, major decisions were not made known to the residence well enough. They felt that they were left in the dark as to what is happening to the Taman. We hear you, so now we want you to decide. Do you want to see the details of the meeting minutes of the committee? Please do bear in mind that the minute contains very sensitive information, especially when it comes to names of residence and the finance status of the committee. For example, an outsider may misuse the information to gain entry to the Taman by just mentioning any names of the resident and the address.

hi mr jacky, wat my opinion is...committe should publish the final decision from the meeting discussion. all the detail agenda should not be publish. afraid it will be abuse by others outsider party...i think we are as resindential should know wat is the committe decison make. that all. tq.

ReplyDeleteDoes it cost too much to have the minutes distributed to every home? Maybe a concise one-page one focusing on the decisions and actions rather than the lengthy discussions?
ReplyDeleteThe distribution should also be made to non-paying household in hopes of "converting" them. I do think this is a problem as I have heard of some household refusing to contribute to the security and resident fund.
hi guy...for my thinking just we publish the decision of meeting discussion in this blog are enough. no need to circulate the a pages of paper to all house in our taman, some will be read but some will be throw out in garbage. Wat we want to know is wat the committee decided only..
ReplyDeletefor those who are 'malas' want to pay the fee of security, pls write the letter and acknow to them first, 1st letter,2nd letter and 3rd letter we must give to them...after that if no action from this 'kedekut' people, then ask teh security to hold them at gate entry...make a psychology to them, push them to contribute in our committee, as soon later they will cooperate...
Why it seems that the security has became loosen recently? there area few times i saw the guard dint even look at the car and let them in, and they was chatting there.

i think what jason said is 100% true....I am also in the opinion that the current security company is more worsen than the previous....the previous...was better since it been hired thru equine....all the guard are local peoples....more senior.....but all of you can really observe....the guard employed were also indonesian.....this is confirmed by my house contractor...i have asked them to check.using their indonesian staff.
ReplyDeleteOnce, i tried to monitor their duty to monitor each of the houses by make an hourly road check,,,,but after waiting for 3 hours..started at 2 pm.....none..i heard nothing.....takde motorcycle sound at all ...this was different with committed equine uard before...
We are payingfor their salaries..but tak puas hati and our safety is still unsure with their loose action and responsibily...
