Resident Assocation's meeting, Friday 23 October 2009

The last meeting on Friday produced some concrete decisions that will be highlighted in this blog. We will also be highlighting some major projects that will carried on by the committee for the benefits of the community. They will be posted up on this blog in the coming few days for your viewing and for your feedback. The committee do appreciate more active participation from the residents, even if you were not directly involved in the committee's meeting.

Keep yourself posted!

  1. Will be looking forward to seeing the action list. I do think the committee is doing great at a sometimes thankless job, so let me be the first to say Thank you.

I have one suggestion which may ald be discussed in the meeting.

The wall behind the houses at 4/8 and 4/7 is now done. This is great for us as we are almost a gated community even though we paid lower prices for the house. However, there is a small gap the end of 4/8 backlane that someone can squeeze through.

Can the committee review if we can spend some money to close off this gap? Thank you.

  2. One additional thought. Can we also make this blog a crime watchlist as well? I came to understand that under the old security company, there was an event where someone was robbed. Is this true?

Also, one of the "aunties" went jogging in that uphill slope at the uncompleted road between BPP4 and BPP3 and was nearly robbed as well. She claimed that a taxi with three men stopped when they saw her, jumped out and asked for money. Thankfully, they saw that she was just jogging and not carrying any valuables, so they went their own way.

So, joggers please beware and avoid this road when alone.
