The house tags shall remain for the new semester. However the committee reserves to rights to withdraw the house tags of those who have not settled the security payments.
hi, firstly i would like to congratulate the committee for wat they have done before to upgrade our live living in this taman bpp4 especially in security matter. i have notice the changes of security company in our area since 1/10/09 when i passed the gate way..good look and younger all the security. but after a week after the changes of this security services, i found that this new security are only secured the main gate only in day time or night time.. they are not round our 'taman' as usual the previous duta security doing before especially in night time. i alway sleep about 4am in the morning everyday but i never saw this new guy security rounded our house with motorcycle within 2hour a time as previous. Maybe the this new contract not include the motorcycle rounded in 2hr at our house living and i should said that this is not correct, the house breaking alway happen in time 3am~5am..so i need comment for this thing, if not include this service in new contract pls put it back and revised again, wat we pay rm50 rinngit as usual we pay before, we want more better service or equally wat we have get before..somebody need to explain to me about this..tahnk you.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind comments. Yes indeed when the committee decided to change the new security, the new security company promised to do everything according to the previous level, and better. That includes the motorcycle rounding every hour. In fact this was one of the items that we have specified in our contract with them. We have highlighted this matter to the security company and they have promised to arrange this service for us as soon as possible. In the meantime, we sincerely hope that you can bear with us for a few more weeks, and we shall make sure that the motorcycle patrol service be added.
ReplyDeleteyeah, agree with Mr. Suhaimi. By the way, now i can see the guard sometime walking patrolling the taman. If there have a motorcycle, maybe more convenience for them and secure to us too coz their can go patrolling more easy ..
ReplyDeleten thanks for jacky and all the teams coz now we can communicate in this blog to improve our facilities, security and relationship ^_^
thank mr jacky for the reply..hopefully this new securiy can make it this services ASAP..thnk guy u all do it a good job, thank again..
ReplyDeleteyeah..see already the guard rounding our taman start by today 22/10/09..thank to committe, fast action and good job..bravo..
ReplyDeleteI do not know why everyone is so happy with the new "boy scouts" which does nothing other than sitting at the guard post. Yesterday during evening time, they let in a group of people from HLG PEST CONTROL (AEDES CONTROL)to knock on everyone's door and collect RM80 for their services which they claimed this area is theirs. These people came into my compound and started asking names, contact no. and keep repeating asking for the payment as if it is compulsory. I paid for it and after that when I went to the guard and ask why they let them in, they just answer me "Dia orang kata ada orang panngil masuk". I further questioned them "Mereka ada bagi owner dan alamat siapa yang panggil mereka?" The boy scouts replied "Tak ada". I told them they are knocking on everyone's door to so called "offer" their services or to "con" anyone ASAP. Boy scouts are not meant for security jobs!
ReplyDeleteKindly pls inform ur wakil jln. Is good to update to everyone. atleast the residence is aware.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, congratulation and thanks for jacky for the creation of this blog. At least for those residents who failed to attend the meeting get some or more information from here. I am a resident from 4/5. Since the change of the new security guard, The changes that I aware was at least they will stop those vehicle without sticker and ask further, however I did notice some of my “neighbor” who unwilling to paid the security fees since the beginning and don’t border to slow down at the security checkpoint and further more speed up their vehicle some sort of wish to ram over the guard.
ReplyDeleteBe frank I am not sure what is the security contract contents, but I truly believe that the current security guard are doing their jobs well compare to the pass. Any one of your try before walking from you house to the main entrance during the 3p.m or 4a.m? I believe seldom people will do that, base on security guard skin color they facing a sun burn, then did any of the resident or committee members plan to propose a better guarding method or security check point? I believe most of the security officer is not local people, can we used some fund to buy a bicycle for them to tour around our taman, at least it help environmental.
Yes no doubt we paid the RM50 per month for the services, but they are human too. Till now I still wondering, where they heading for toilet break?
Lastly, may I propose to use some fund to draw the white line at each junction (stop), as in the morning rush every one also rushing to work and without looking left of right directly drove out from the junction. Specially the vehicle from the up hill.
Hi Alan, good point. I've had a couple of close calls. Not sure if the lines will help much, but people do need to be vigilant when driving in our residential area which may also have kids running around near the playground area.
ReplyDeleteOne more thing, while I do think speed bumps are good to force drivers to slow down, I think they should be made in the form of those done by MPSJ. Those very thin, "private" speed bumps should be removed as they are very bad for suspension and wheel alignment even at slow speeds. It is also not marked and painted making it a dangerous hazard for motorcyclists.
Karen, Thank you very much for your feedback and comment.
ReplyDeleteFew of the AJK chase out the pest control company after we found that the service is not from MPSJ. The group of people is ready good in selling their services. RA also has already feedback to the DNS securities on this matter. we need them to immediately improve on this matter. After nearly a month of NEW SECURITIES services, RA do receive a good and bad comment on their services from all our residents compare to the old securities company. The resident feedback and comminucation is really important for RA to improve our securities system time to time. thanks
Dear suhaimideris , The 'RONDAAN" is delay till 22/10/2009 cause DNS is lacking of motocycle. Even though without the motorcycle, the guard di doing their 'rondaan' by walking.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your concern and feedback.
Dear Alan Lee, thanks for your feedback. We has discuss with MPSJ on the slow speed bumper and slow speeding marking at the entrance, but the MPSJ have no budget for time being. AJK has decided to put this as one of the piority in out list. We are asking for quotation on this matter. The decision will be make sooner possible.
ReplyDeleteya.. forget to inform that the slow speed bumper and yellow marking will need to follow MPSJ specification..
ReplyDeleteJacky, please help to attached our AJK list in this blog.. thanks
