Sila ambil perhatian bahawa terdapat dua agenda utama yang perlu dibentangkan pada mesyuarat ini, iaitu berkenaan kenaikan harga yuran keselamatan dan juga perlantikan ahli-ahli jawatankuasa baru. Kehadiran Tuan/Puan adalah
amat diharapkan bagi semua penduduk. Ini adalah penting bagi membentuk
kejiranan yang sempurna di TAMAN JALAN BPP 4.
I personally think that if the increase is between 10-20 a month, it would be justified and would not be a burden to most families. I think on of the main thing to present in the AGM is a comparison on quality improvements we have seen so that the residents will "buy in" to the increase.
ReplyDeleteCan we also try to increase the rate of participation also? It's a difficult thing, but I just can't believe how some families can be muka tebal about not paying for the security fee when it's for the greater good.
On an unrelated note, I know this has been done, but can the AJK help escalate the issue of repairing the speed bumps in the main road? The sides have eroded causing the speed bump to be much higher than it should and sometimes even scrapes the bottom of cars with low clearance.
