SELAMAT HARI RAYA!

It's that time of the year again when we celebrate Hari Raya after a month of fasting. The committee would like to wish all muslims in the taman a Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, maaf zahir dan batin. Here are a few reminders for all residents:
1. Be sure to lock all your windows, grills and doors properly before you leave for the long holiday. Set alarm if you have.
2. Inform your neighbours who are not going away for the holiday. You may also inform the guards at the front (only if you are our member of course)
3. Be careful and patient on the roads. Better be late than never.

Pengumuman trafik

Ingin dimaklumkan bahawa bermula 22 Julai 2011, surau di hadapan taman (Surau Nurul Ikhlas) akan mengadakan solat sembahyang Jumaat. Ini bukan hanya untuk bulan Ramadan, tetapi untuk masa yang akan datang. Oleh itu keadaan trafik di sekitar surau mungkin akan dijejaskan. Pihak pengawal keselamatan telah diingatkan supaya tidak membenarkan kenderaan yang tiada pelekat kenderaan daripada mencerobohi dan meletak kenderaan di kawasan perumahan kita. Sekiranya anda ternampak apa-apa kenderaan yang memasuki kawasan perumahan kita tanpa pelekat yang sah, sila laporkan segera kepada pengawal keselamatan atau pihak AJK.

Promosi Minggu Ini!

Sebagai tanda mengalu-alukan kedatangan anda ke Majlis Mesyuarat Agung kami minggi ini, pihak persatuan akan membuat promosi "Percuma 2 pelekat kereta". Hanya untuk pembayaran yuran keselamatan secara penuh
di tapak mesyuarat pada masa AGM ini, 2 pelekat kereta percuma akan diberi secara percuma. Jika anda terlepas peluang ini pada musim pembayaran pada bulan Mei, jangan lepaskan peluang keemasan ini lagi!

Annual AGM to be held next week

We will be having our Annual General Meeting (AGM) next week. The details are as follows:

New boom gate

I'm sure that by now you would have already seen the new boom gate in front of our taman. The boom gate has long needed an overhaul; its steel beam has been broken in two, and re-welded together more than once!

The new boom gate is brand new, cost only RM1500 to replace, a bargain at this price.

This gate is highly visible, but what you do not know is that this is not the only project that we have undertaken. Did you know how often we called the MPSJ to come to fix the lights, trim the overgrown trees, and unclog the drains? Just to let you know that what you do not see happening does not necessarily mean that the RA is sleeping on the job. ;-)

Petak letak kereta di taman?

Pernah seorang penduduk bertanya kepada saya, "Saya tiada tempat parking di depan rumah saya sendiri! Jiran saya yang ada 5 kereta meletak di depan rumah saya! Kenapa pihak persatuan tidak mengambil membuat petak letak kereta di jalan?"

Sebenarnya hal-hal berkenaan jalan dan perletakan kereta bukan di bawah kuasa persatuan. Jalan di taman kita adalah di bawah kawalan MPSJ. Oleh sebab itu kami tidak boleh melukis sebarang tanda di atas jalan sewenang-wenangnya tanpa kelulusan pihak MPSJ. Ini termasuk juga sebarang bonggol jalan yang tidak mendapat kelulusan daripada MPSJ.

Harap pihak penduduk faham kedudukan kami dan tidak menganggap kami sebagai badan yang hanya ingin menjual pelekat kenderaan dan servis keselamtan kepada anda semata-mata untuk mendapatkan keuntungan.

GONG XI FA CAI!!!

As usual, a post to wish all our penduduk a happy and prosperous chinese new year ahead! But above all, please be mindful of your security during this long holiday. If you are planning to go on a long leave, please notify your neighbours (or the guards) about it. At least IF (touch wood) they hear unusual noises from your house during your absence, they would know that you are not home early from holiday.

Also if you are on a trip, please drive carefully on the road. Not only the chinese will be on the road, the non-chinese would most probably take advantage of the long holiday to make travel plans. So have a safe trip and GONG XI FA CAI!
