Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Ke-4 Persatuan Penduduk Jalan BPP 4 akan diadakan seperti berikut:

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa terdapat dua agenda utama yang perlu dibentangkan pada mesyuarat ini, iaitu berkenaan kenaikan harga yuran keselamatan dan juga perlantikan ahli-ahli jawatankuasa baru. Kehadiran Tuan/Puan adalah amat diharapkan bagi semua penduduk. Ini adalah penting bagi membentuk kejiranan yang sempurna di TAMAN JALAN BPP 4.

Price increase imminent

It has been discussed before, it has been hotly debated during our AGM and meetings. My dearest penduduk, you might not be aware of this, but the issue of the increase of yuran keselamatan has been hovering over the horizon for more than a year. Now it seems that the increase is finally going to happen.

A lot of things has been happening in the background that you might not be aware of. Since we have got the news from newspapers that the PPKKM (Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia) has decided to increase the price of security service fee in December 2010, we have been negotiating with FWG, our current security service provider, to defer raising the price, at least until they have proven their effectiveness in their duty. That was last year. To be honest, this year we have been seeing a huge improvement in their quality of work. And with that reason alone, there is no reason to turn down their request for an increase of security fee.

The quantum of the increase and the commencement date will need to be discussed, hopefully with all the penduduk present. What better forum for that than the coming AGM that will be held on 4th March (Sunday) in our children's playground area.
